Step 3. Now take some time to watch this wonderful you. How do they stand and carry themselves around other people? How confidently do they talk with others and how do other people talk to them? How relaxed and happy are they? Watch how beautifully, confidently and easily they handle any problems that come along. Take the time to watch this fantastic you handling their lives with grace and ease.
Step 4. Now, move toward this fantastic you. Get closer and closer and then merge with them. See life through their eyes, hear what they hear with your own ears and feel how good it feels to be in this wonderful you. Experience first hand what it feels like to be this authentic you and living such a wonderful life.
Step 5. Now daydream for a while living life as this fantastic new you. Imagine how this wonderful you leads life now in the present. Go forward into the future, experiencing the future as this phenomenal you. If you wish you might even go back into the past and experience how this powerful you handles situations in the past so well. Really enjoy daydreaming about how good life is when you have all the qualities of mind and body that your perfect you has.
